A sombra do tempo é a fome – TEDxUnisinos

Professor de Gastronomia na UFCSPA, mestre em Design Estratégico e doutorando em Design na Unisinos. Ele co-fundou a Rede Latinoamericana de Food Design (redLaFD). Além disso, também é food designer no s3foodlab e sócio do empreendimento JUSTO. No TEDxUnisinos 2020 compartilhou as diferentes maneiras de enxergar a alimentação presente no dia a dia.

Gastronomy professor at UFCSPA, he holds a Master’s degree in Strategic Design and he is a PhD student in Design at Unisinos. He co-founded Rede Latinoamericana de Food Design (redLaFD – Latin American Food Design Network). In addition, he is also a food designer at s3foodlab and a partner at JUSTO. At TEDxUnisinos 2020, he shared the different ways to look at food in our everyday life.
